Every detail was accounted for in our room. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom was amazing with the soaker tub. The ice was fully stocked and the water from the refrigerator was good. Close to everything in the town and a bonus was to be able to make chocolate chip cookies in our suite.

Having 3 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and a living room was great especially for the price. It was easy to book and no problems on site. Bed was soft and comfy, shower was hot.

This was an amazing find. It was in a nice, quiet, residential area and convenient to downtown Rochester. The apartment comprised the main floor of a lovely detached bungalow. It had 3 good-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a table for six, and a living room with a large-screen TV. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It had private, off-street parking and a shared washer and dryer in the lower level. There were tenants living in the lower level (raised basement) apartment, but we never heard them. Hopefully, they didn't hear us either, with two teenage boys! The owner provided clear instructions and was easy to reach, if necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The vacation home offers an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk.
