The hotel is nestled high in the mountains. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet,, spacious and had an excellent view. Breakfast was good. We loved our stay. Would highly recommend.

The highlights are the location, just a walk distance from all the main spots, the comfort, the room view, bed, shower, the breakfast and the very helpful receptionist João Carlos.

The administrator was very nice. Very clean.

Rooms were a good size and Hotel was located centrally.

The staff is very kind, professional and they are always there to guide you and help you. The location is nice, just a few meters away you'll find a bus stop to go to the city and all the other places. The room gets completely dark at night and the bed is very comfortable, excellent for a good sleeping night. The view from the room was breathtaking.

Beautiful view from the hotel room and a very clean and gorgeous hotel with a lovely outdoor swimming pool. At first we had a room without a mountain view and we really wanted the view and it was so worth it to change! , It was stunning. The receptionist was very accommodating allowing us to change rooms and at a very reasonable price. Beautiful location and met the friendly local cat as well ☺️. The room was so gorgeous and peaceful overlooking everything. I wish we had stayed longer.

The mobile home is a basic construction but nice, we liked it. It has a small heater in the living room and it was enough for the night. Hot water and beds were good too.

The outlook from the bedroom is magnificent. Great location within old town and within easy reach of transport and shopping. Really cool little pub downstairs, full of atmosphere. I personally had no problem with any noise at night and my room was on the 5th floor above the pub. There is an internal lift that makes things a little easier. Staff are friendly, interactive and helpful. The property is clean and kept clean. Fully recommend.

The hotel was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly. We got an upgrade because all the standard rooms were booked. The hotel has a great location, you can easily walk everywhere. We parked in the paid parking across from the hotel (24€ per day).

Everything was excellent and quite reasonably priced. They even give you access to the spa at the Mercure Hotel, with whom they share a lobby.

Very good location. Everything you need so close. They sent me a lot of informations and answered all my questions so quickly. Very easy check in.

All very clean, very new. Will recommend it to everyone, except mobility impaired, as 3 floors, no elevator. Good bathroom, good bed. TV in the room but not (yet) working. Good Sechuan restaurant in the hotel. Helpful staff, the two girls working in the restaurant. Centrally positioned on main shopping street. Windows well insulating, but if open could hear noise from river.
