Love the location, very cosy and artsy (as the name suggests). The view is wonderful, serene, and scenic. Food is also good.

Wonderful place on the lake Sevan coast. Can swim, make barbecue inside, fire bonfire in the house. Good for relaxation and look towards the lake.

I really liked the beautiful location by Lake Sevan—it offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was organized perfectly for a relaxing stay.

The place was excellent. Host is very friendly and nice. A lot of activities for all ages.

The place is overall really great! But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.
