Small and management of the place were extremely friendly and happy.

The Atmosphere and staff. It is a building of old style But when you stay.In large cities being able to stay in the older style. Reminds you what it was like in the past. Although everything has been modernized, so there aren't any inconveniences with respect, the " old style." Parking was easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made us feel like the hotel was our home.

Breakfast not only good, but luxurious.

We were cycling the Alpe Adria trail as a family of three. The hotel is in a historic building in the very center of Villach. Upon arrival, we could park our bikes in a dedicated room in the courtyard. The rooms had a tasteful interior, appropriate form the building, everything was spotless clean and staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good . Best hotel on our trip, so far. Would definitely book again.

Nice, spacious apartment close to the Villach city center.

Every thing was perfect. It is a family run business and it is obvious they work hard and with a lot of enthusiasm to make a pleasant stay to their clients.

Host was super responsive, plenty of guidance and flexibility with our needs. Place is situated a bit outside the center but in an area perfect for biking around and with good parking opportunity, ground floor was super convenient and made moving in out very easy. A+

Fantastic apartment - beautiful, spacious, well equipped, comfortable. Very easy access by car to Villach and the nearby lakes, very easy to get in with a lockbox, numbered parking spot and elevator. Really spacious apartment, with a huge bathroom/shower and an additional large half-bath reducing morning queues for the toilet. Great kitchen with all the appliances, and even a washing machine available. Well lit throughout. Enormous balcony with different seating option and great sun even in October. Fly nets mean you can keep windows open and enjoy a breeze from the nearby lake. Alexa the host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. This was definitely the positive surprise of our multi-stop trip and a hidden gem that's easy to recommend.

I stayed 1 night, because travelling further. But as the nature is beautiful, it offers several outdoor possibilities at the lake or hike or exploring waterfalls, I could recommend it for longer stay. Very friendly personal, (all speak Hungarian as well), they are happy to take your personal wishes and support with ideas for the day. For breakfast they provide allergen free options on request. Breakfast with lake view is enjoyable. From my room I also had charming lake view, which is a bonus.

Private parking was perfect. Easy access to facility and the unit.

We loved the apartment as it has a gorgeous view from the terrace. It is quiet and equipped with all amenities (including equipment for cooking and many basics to use for dining - like salt, pepper, oil, paper towel, tea bags, etc.). We liked to eat breakfast and dinner on the terrace. While the apartment is not in a modern style, this did not bother us as it was visible on the pictures when we booked and we chose this place for the location and not for style. The bathroom though is renovated and super clean. The building has an entrance to the lake, so any time is possible to go down and have a swim or enjoy the garden. Parking was never a problem in front of the place. Attractions for kids are easily available. If you use Karnten card many are for free. The nearest station of the ship is in walking distance. We left an item in the apartment and Thomas on the same day sent it by post. I find this exceptional.

New and well-equipped apartment at a very nice and quiet location, close to the Kanzelbahn gondola. The parking spot at the garage is a real gem. Host is super kind and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
