SloveniaWe stayed with our family (5 people) in the Top 4 apartment. The apartment is very spacious, clean, functional, and modernly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay and includes a large dining table. Both bedrooms feature very comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space; one has a large-screen TV, and there is another in the living room. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is slightly smaller but has a very spacious shower.
The apartment building is located on a slope above Bad Kleinkirchheim, offering absolutely stunning views. The access road is quite steep, partly asphalt and partly gravel, so snow chains are necessary in case of snow. There is even the option to charge electric cars, a storage area for skis and ski boots, and ample parking space. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.

SloveniaStayed in an apartment with access to the terrace, which was incredible for my dog. There was an additional charge (but expected) for the dog 10 e/day. Facilities were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Was staying off season, so had the "kärnten card" included in the price, which was very convinient. Location is perfect for hiking, there is also a nearby spar (store) a few minutes away by car.

United StatesThis was our favorite place that we have every stayed in Europe. We would have LOVED to stay longer. Dave was an amazing host. The building is an alpine style chalet. The rooms have windows that look directly across the street to the ski slopes. It was a perfect place to stay and walk to the lifts. There is a ski equipment room on the first floor to leave your gear upon entering the building. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well equipped. The parking was directly in front of the building, which was very nice.

The house is located in a beautiful location, quiet, calm, with a wonderful view. The hosts were very kind and helpful. It was very clean, enough space with 4 children. Plenty of options locally. We can only recommend the house!

The hostess was very nice and helpful, the apartment felt like home, huge bathroom, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed, very clean and warm apartment with lots of space. Very good location, 3 minutes drive to the ski lifts and shops. We would love to come again!

Fantastic location, friendly staff (reception, bar and restaurant), great breakfast and dinner (buffet), nice rooms. Hotel is very clean (cleaners work round the clock). Love the choice of family board games. It’s very family and children friendly.

Good location, walking distance to the first ski lift, also ski bus stop. Apartment was compact, but there was enough space for three people. It was really clean, spotless. Amazing view of the mountains. Short drive (3 min) to the nearest shop (Billa, Spar).
