We spent two nights in this place. It’s our second time — last year we stayed in a double room, and this time in a quadruple. We had a great weekend there, apartman was brand new, clean, communication was smooth, access to keys is easy, parking in front of the house, shop is on the next corner, Mariazell Bürgeralpe is in a walking distance , as well as the centre. Excellent location for outdoor activities, Erlaufsee is 3 min driving , Naturpark Ötscher-Tormauer is 15 min, but there are more nearby for ones without car. We have kids, so wifi was also working well :)

Located next to the famous basilica and other sights, this hotel is right on the main square in the center of Mariazell.

Despite some broken radiators the house was well heated on arrival (outside temperatures were around 0°C). The two ground floor bedrooms are easy to access the upper rooms can be reached over steep stairs. Our 80 year old birthday child had zero problems with the stairs, only the dog took them too quick.
