The property- location , facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The host was very friendly and made the room ready well in time . Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipments including microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bathroom was very large and very well maintained. There was facilitiy to wash , dry and iron our clothes. Huge dining room table was very convenient. WiFi connectivity was very good . Best part was the Guest card - which provided free bus connectivity to Innsbruck ( bus 404) every 15 minutes. Private parking was available right in front of the apartment . Overall a memorable stay in the wonderful location of Götzens . Will definitely visit again!

The location is wonderful, and it gave us a sense of calm, especially by the pool side. We took half board and the food was fantastic!! I recommend taking this option. The hosts were wonderful and helpful. We.ll surely come back here

Quiet area but very close to seefeld 5 minutes and you’re in the center of seefeld. We were a family of 4 and the rooms were spacious and had heating. Towels,espresso machine,everything you need. It is very close to the german border so you can go to bavaria and Garmisch area.

Wonderful modern house. The apartment is located on the first floor with a big terrace and amazing view on the valley and mountains. We spent 11 days here and we enjoyed each minute. The apartment was perfectly clean and it was a pleasure to be there. The location is perfect, close to Innsbruck, Stubai valley, Otzlal valley, Kuhtai.. Everything is modern and new in the apartment. Maximum value for money. The host, Dominic, is very friendly and always available for every question or need.
