GreeceThe staff was friendly and helpful, even though not everyone spoke English fluently, they made an effort to assist and accommodate us. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was incredibly fast. Parking was not an issue, as there was plenty of space in front of the hotel, and enough room for several cars. The view from the hotel was stunning, with a beautiful mountain and a lake right in front, and we were lucky enough to witness a full moon during our stay. Next time, we will definitely book a room with a balcony because it’s well worth it.

With its modern design, fascinating view to the lake of Kardzali and great hospitality of the host Stanislav made our stay unforgettable! Location, extraordinary view, exceptionally polite and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean and the chambermaid toke care of the cleanliness and supplies (towels, soap, etc.) daily. The bed was very comfortable due to the extra mattress on it. The included breakfast was diverse and abundant.
