During my stay the accommodated me more than my expectation. From requesting early check in which they did not promise me since based on availability. But they did accommodated me early check in since I reached bahrain by morning flight, with the less sleep this was help a lot. To requesting late check out when my flight back was 8pm. At first I requested till 3pm however they allow me to extend and rest in the room till the time I need to leave bahrain. The lady and the man who did me the checked in and deliver my luggage, and the lady who did my checked out, 3 of them are outstanding. Unfortunately I don't get their names since they were not wearing name tag which I'm not sure if that the standard of the barcelo hotel or not, since some of the hotel or resort have the standard that their team members not required wearing name tag. Overall, everything went well during my stays.

Near from everything and the staff are amazing

Got this place for one night and i made a mistake of not adding my kids to my booking i told the manager and he said “ not problem its an easy fix I’m just going to upgrade your room to a suite” the greatest man ever and the view was amazing it was of historic palace and it looked so good. It had over 14 restaurants and the pool are was so big and was Surrounded by palm trees it felt like i was in a tropical island. My girls enjoyed and played so much that they slept all the afternoon 😂. I would comeback again to this place

Exceptional breakfast. Fantastic gym with both machines and workout room. Great food in house. Best of all the people. Rebecca at the pool couldn’t help enough in every way and all the staff at breakfast went above and beyond and the quality was amazing 🤩. Reception crew especially Annie and lahama also great with lots of help and solutions for any problem ! 12 out of 10

We took an apartment. The hotel gave us an upgrade. The apartment was luxuries and spacious. Nice swimming pool

From start to end, great welcoming and good attitude of the staff, very helpful.

stayed here for the F1 weekend, got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Modern and clean, great location with plenty of food options just a short 2 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend this place as price was quite reasonable, £500 for 3 nights, given that it was the F1 weekend.

Amazing convenient location. You can literally walk it to the airport if hand luggage only Sleek modern chic super clean with simply amazing, accommodating staff. Felt very welcome, was provided a late check out, and allowed to spend some time by the pool despite the critical situation in Bahrain right now Truly thank you for the amazing experience Would love to be back

So quite, clean, comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, great location. I will keep it as my first choice every time.

I like the whole stay experience, all the staffs are good clara and shuban in receprion and roche.and especially their manager. And the bell boys are very helpful
