Cheap hotels in Burlington

Very clean, very comfortable, HUGE bed. Staff was so pleasant and helpful.

Weird but effective welcoming (the person had eartip in one ear). My room was spacious, well equipped and quite clean. Bathroom was good. Good to have a small solid soap too (although would have been cool to have liquid soap). Great convenient parking.

That it is pet friendly. Also they serve a wonderful hot breakfast. The hotel is also very conveniently location minutes from the QEW/403 Highway close to downtown and uptown.

I liked everything from front desk check in to the cleaning staff. Everyone was wonderful. I also really enjoyed the pool, perfect temperature.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Owner has thought of everything. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking appliances/utensils etc. We appreciated being able to stay in and make some of our own meals a few times during our stay. Cheryl was quick to respond to a few questions we had. Thinking there was a problem with the coffee maker (which ended being fine)- she brought us a replacement just in case (so appreciated!!👍👍). Check in/out was easy and allowed us a little more time on check out.

The property is located in the heart of downtown Hamilton. The atmosphere outside was vibrant and lively over the weekend. If you’re looking to experience the true city vibe, this is definitely one of the best places to stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including Wi-Fi, a TV, an air blower, ample space for belongings, and a wonderful dine table.

Nice and clean very accommodating too

I honestly think this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. In recent years I've stayed in a lot of the highly commercialised chain hostels, and nothing against them (a bed's a bed), but this is such a refreshing change from that -- you can tell the love that's gone into every aspect of the design in this place. The owners are so kind and clearly love/know the area well. I got a heads-up from them about a nearby street festival that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, and suffice to say was thoroughly grateful for it! Hamilton would've just been a quick overnight stop for me otherwise, but I ended up changing my train times just to stay there longer and appreciate the city. There's a guest-curated map of local highlights, there are board games and books galore, it's small enough to be friendly rather than overwhelming -- this whole place feels like a true ode to community. And they have guinea pigs!

Great location for my needs on the border of Oakville and Burlington.
