The hotel was very clean and cozy. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. As we do not speak Chinese they tried to translate our queries as much as possible. Appreciate it. The breakfast was decent and healthy. We were given complementary coffee coupons. Zhou Qian and Hu Qi yuan are excellent staff. Always ready to help. The manager was also supportive.

Excellent place to stay near to the metro station literally 2 min walking, near to different attractions and the Staff is so Kind. The room was so big and We felt comfortable. Also they provide a great variety of food for the breakfast, I highly recommend this place in Chengdu.

The location was great! The staff were friendly and responsive! The breakfast was delicious and like the varieties they offered. The beds were comfortable!

The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with a beautiful view, and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is also large. It’s really great value for money and very convenient to travel around.

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all staff members involved in running this hostel. It was a great first place to stay for my first time visiting China. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaners keep the place tidy, there are plenty of sitting areas such as the bar on the first floor and the lounge on second floor for relaxing and socializing as well as playing games like pool. I would recommend this place to all travellers, the price is fair, location is convenient, friendly and helpful staff, and an overall feeling of comfort.

This was a conveniently located hotel directly on the Metro line. It was relatively close to most areas, but then, with the Metro and inexpensive Taxi and Didi rides, everything is close. It's really nice that there's a small shop within 20 meters out the back door of the hotel. I can't say enough about Emily who went out of her way to message us on WeChat offering non-stop assistance and providing a plethora of suggestions on what to see and do, not only in Chengdu, but in our next city of Chongqing. The breakfast was alway delicous and plentiful, and again, the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful to us every morning. I know it doesn't matter to everyone, but we are in our late 60s and found free admission to the Panda reserve and most other Chinese national parks and venues.

Excellent value for money. Location was very good. Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was comfortable. Love everything about the room.

Our stay at Wen Jun was wonderful. The room was exactly as described in the reviews. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and close to various attractions that highlight the charming and historic side of the city. The hotel staff was incredible. Belle and Kimberly were always ready to help with accurate information and were exceptionally kind. Frank was also very helpful at all times. The stay was absolutely worth it!

The room was clean and the facility is nice.Staff were really nice. Met the requirement that I request for about the non smoking and quiet room.

This boutique hotel is just beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Aptly as it is named, the facilities and common areas are styled like a sky garden, an urban oasis that looks so calm and relaxing. You’ll enjoy having coffee in both the indoor and outdoor lounges. But most of all, they have the best customer service. Staff really goes above and beyond. They patiently assisted me with my online order issues which obviously has nothing to do with them but they gladly and patiently helped me. I only have praises for my experience in this property.

The twin bed suite is excellent.

This was such a welcoming place, the staff really made us feel so comfortable and they gave good advice and also were happy to troubleshoot little problems for us (like when we were out and experiencing communication problems we rang them to interpret!)

We had such a perfect time. Everyone is helpful and friendly and the coffee upstairs is amazing - if you’re from a coffee-drinking country like us you will be reminded of home. If you can try and do the walking tour, it’s a great way to immerse yourself in some of the history of Chengdu and Mix (the guide and hostel manager) is really good fun and very insightful. He and his sister are amazing hosts and I can wholeheartedly recommend any of their hostels. 5 stars is often a review given under some small duress but this one is genuine because I have a few minutes to spare and we have had such a great stay!
