We had a wonderful stay at Theo Sunset Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the sea, especially during sunset. The friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place for a holiday. If you're travelling by car, it has lots of parking spaces available and also has a minimarket which is open all day.

I liked very much the beach, very good for relaxing and enjoying in small water but also great for snorkelling mear the rocks. Staff was very kind and fast even though they were working very hard to keep up with everything.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, the staff was so lovely and the hotel facilities were great too. Excellent choice for a chill vacation. Also there’s a mini market right outside with everything you need in case you forget anything.

Only stayed for about 7 hrs before catching flight home. Aircon fantastic. Bed comfy. Everything you need. Free wifi. Great views. Great pool.

The staff truly make the stay special: incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Breakfast is another moment of joy - plentiful, varied, and served with a sense of warmth that instantly puts you in a good mood for the day. Yes, as a newly opened place, there are rare small technical or organizational moments, but what impressed me most is how quickly and warmly the team reacts. They don’t just solve things, they make you feel genuinely cared for. I really hope they keep this spirit, because it already sets the hotel apart and makes it a place you want to return to.

The host is one of the best I have encountered . Unbelievable value for your money. As a regular traveller this is one of the best accommodations I have experienced. I hired 2 villas as part of a family holiday and they suited our needs perfectly. One had a small rear garden with fruit trees which made a pleasant addition to our stay. Good location with shops in easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful.
