Great location right in the center of architecturally attractive Zlín and a friendly welcome. Clean and pleasant room, which I enjoyed returning to and where I could relax well. Friendly staff at breakfast and a good selection. Public transport nearby. Thank you and see you again!

the service, the front desk very friendly and helpfull, the rooms was very clean, just what i needed quiet clean friendly helpfull after traveling allday, would recommend and recomended for others, having a private sauna and hot tub for an hour 1/2 was top of the cream.

What to say? Everything here is always perfect 100%. Professional, friendly and helpful staff with a good sense of humour as always, (I'm always at Baltaci for a concert). Hotel and rooms always impeccably clean, modern, and quiet. Definitely the most comfortable of all the many hotels I stay in during the year. Breakfast incredible, lots of fresh options in a nice environment. Walking distance to trolley, train, and shopping / cafes.

All was fine - reception, bed, cleanliness, etc. But the most I liked the breakfast - very proper.

This is my goto place when I stay in Zlin. Always great service. Rooms are large and well equipped, always clean and comfy and quiet. Breakfast is really great here as well. Easy walk or taxi ride to everywhere I need to be including concert halls and main station. Also very accomodating and fair about late check-outs or additional last minute guests.

The accommodation is great, just like in the photos. Very clean and tidy. Parking is provided and it's within walking distance from the city center. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication regarding key pickup was excellent. The stairs leading to the sleeping area are very steep, narrow, and short, which might be a problem for older people or those with mobility issues. Highly recommended.
