It was Awesome. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making every guest feel special. Everyone worked well together, showing good training and leadership. Their care and service made the stay really enjoyable.

We had an absolutely amazing 7-day stay at Giwan Resort in Al Alamein. Every member of the family enjoyed everything—from the wonderful beach and activities to the delicious food. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the entire experience was top-notch. A special thank you to Sara, the Guest Relations Manager, who made our stay truly unforgettable. She was in touch even before we arrived, and her warm, attentive support continued throughout our visit. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this resort for a fantastic family getaway!

The resort is very luxurious and its services are wonderful. The sea is amazing, the sand is clean, I booked a cabana directly on the beach. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled Mahmoud and all the hotel staff and to Zika the hookah waiter. I recommend this resort.

Everything is OK clean breakfast very good. The people there is fantastic.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location on the tourist promenade. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys a lively atmosphere, with many restaurants, cafés, Carrefour, and 55 Mart supermarket just a short walk away. Eng. Huida was an exceptional host—very kind, responsive, and extremely cooperative throughout our stay. She provided Marina beach access and also guided us on other beach access options (with an additional fee). The swimming pool is right in front of the apartment, and the Aqua Park is only about a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, only the kids’ Aqua Park was operating, but the lagoon was beautiful and enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for another five nights. The location is excellent, close to everything you need, including beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
