Air conditioner works well. Great view of the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. Neat room and bathroom. Tasty and varied breakfast. Very convenient location for Gare du Nord and Stade de France

Very clean and professional stuff

Great front office staff, combined with an accessible location, close to the Paris main touristic sites, made my stay as one of the most pleasant stays in Paris this year. A futuristic hotel interior design concept is very well integrated into the Paris traditional roofs buildings neighborhoods, with a cozy view on traditional Parisian roofs but also the hotel has a nice view to the Tour Eiffel and Business Center of Paris.

Everything was perfect: room size, comfort of the bed, bathroom amenities, staff, a few yards away from the metro station (Corentin Cariocou) and a grocery store with fresh food next door. The metro line (7) is well connected to everywhere, very appreciated !

All was great really! Stayed one night only but everything exceeded expectations!

room was cozy, had a window you could open wide to ventilate, breakfast was abundant and full of choices. The restaurant and bar were a good option to eat and drink if you were tired and did not want to go out. Staff was super friendly

The location and price were excellent for the room provided. Anyone wanting to do research at the National Archives will find this location to be perfect.

all were good and comfortable,clean. i only thought we have our own toilet.but its all worth it.

The appartment had everything you need from kitchen supplies to toiletries. It also has a washing mashine. The owner is very nice, although we didn't meet him, he replied fast to all our messages. The instructions to enter the apartment were very correct. The neibourghood is calm, and you have everything you need supermarket, bakery , restaurant and other shop in walking distance.
