I liked everything about the place, and staff was perfect. Starting from the reception and pool staff. Especially Vasilis who is working at the restaurant who was super friendly! Food was great and everyday different. The beach was 2 minutes away, lovely and clean pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Crete. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available every day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. There are great areas for children, including designated zones and activities that are perfect for families. The resort is overall very family-friendly. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is recommended if you want to explore nearby areas or visit the beach. However, this also means the area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The views from the resort are beautiful. The bar and restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food and drinks in a great atmosphere. What really made the stay special was the staff – they were very well-trained, incredibly kind, and always available to help. No matter what you needed, they were quick to find a solution and make sure you felt taken care of. Overall, this is a great place for families or anyone looking for a quiet, high-quality getaway in Greece. Highly recommended!

The staff, location and facilities

I love the staff, they are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great. The restaurant also has wonderful food at an acceptable price.

The place is great, near the most beautiful beaches in the area. I am very glad I chose this place rather than a room in the nearby larger town, and the owners are accommodating and friendly. I spent four nights here, but I could have happily stayed longer. It's definitely worth it. Overall very pleased and if I am in the area I'd recommend it to anyone! Worth mentioning and not obvious at first glance: there is a bus stop to Chersonissos just a few metres from this place, so Anissaras is well connected to the bus lines in Eastern Crete - which I only found out when I was already there.

Comfortable beds, convenient location, and appreciated the parking

The staff is truly exceptional, particularly the breakfast team! The rooms are generously spacious, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable.

The service it's really pro and hospitality

Our stay at the Hersonissos Harbour View apartment was short but pleasant. The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished, with all the necessary appliances for a longer stay. The highlight is definitely the terrace, which offers stunning views of the sea and the main street. Given that Hersonissos is known for its lively nightlife, it can get a bit noisy on Saturday nights. However, with the windows closed, the noise is mostly kept out. The apartment is generally clean, although I would have preferred the bathrooms to be a bit cleaner. Communication with the owner was easy and quick, which made our experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place :)

The room was very clean and free breakfast and dinner was very reasonable! It is located in a great spot on the city and tour bus routes!

Our room was upgraded to a sea view room with balcony at no extra cost. The view was amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and helpfully recommended a wonderful local restaurant, Areston, for dinner. A lot of restaurants are closed at this time of year (March), so we really appreciated that they told us about such a gem of an eatery. There are also coffee shops and pastry shops within 10 minutes' walk.

The best choice ❤️ we were more than happy about our stay. We loved everything: - cleanliness; - flowers; - pool; - food is absolutely delicious especially at dinner. Breakfast also varied 😍 - staff - I've never seen such hardworking employees - thank you for your efforts 😊

This hotel has good location. 25 minutes walk to Hersonissos for stores and restaurants and 20 min walk to Malia to party. Beaches are farther but we found one small sandy beach between rocks about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.The food was excellent with enough choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Pool area and bar very nice and relaxing. We certainly will return again.
