Cheap hotels in Stavros

Everything was perfect. Perfect location, near all the beaches, in the city center. The people were very nice. I would recommend it 100 %

I really loved the architecture of the hotel, the pool, the rich breakfast, the forest surrounding the hotel, the lovely garden, the restaurant that was opened until late hours. The hotel is not close to the beach and that forced us to use the car but this was even better for us because we went to a different beach every day and we found some lovely wild beaches. So I don't regret at all the distance to the closest beach.

It’s really clean and comfy. Excellent location. I like that bathroom and toilet are separated. An amazing sea view.

The rooms are renewed and equipments are well maintained. Almost everything considered like it should be in a hotel. A good refrigerator, tv, hairdryer etc. It has private parking place. Beside this the owner (Athanasios) is very kind and helpful for everything. He is doing a lot for the comfort of the guests.

It is pet friendly, nice breakfast, nice inner garden, beautiful atmosphere.

The apartament is in a perfect location, a minute from the beach, near to all restaurants and shops. It was very clean, friendly stuff. The breakfast was very delicious. Perfect working fridge and AC.

The location was very good. There was parking near by. The apartment was never too hot inside. Sometimes we were not even using the air-conditioning.

For 5 of us friends it was enough room, very clean, big terrace. Very hospitable host.

We had a fantastic stay at Avra Apartments in Stavros! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and even better than expected. The hosts were kind and attentive, checking in on us regularly. The location is ideal – right on the promenade with amazing sea views and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Beautiful beaches are everywhere, whether you walk or drive. Huge thanks to the lovely family running this place – highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I had a truly wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed , especially by the lovely hostess, Kalliopi. Her hospitality was exceptional. She greeted us with a big smile, offered helpful tips about the area, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It really felt like staying with friends rather than at a hotel. The entire place was immaculate , from our room to the common areas, everything was perfectly clean and well cared for. We really appreciated the attention to detail. Each morning started with a delicious buffet featuring a generous GREEK BREAKFAST ,fresh, flavorful, and with a variety of options that gave us the perfect start to the day. What stood out the most was how quiet and peaceful it was. We were able to fully relax and unwind, enjoying restful nights and calm mornings. It was the perfect escape for the two of us. Amazing location outside of Stavros, several beaches located at walking distance (recommend Stavraki beach north of the property), multiple even better beaches short drive away (recommend Babylon Beach south of the property). The owner and the staff were absolutely amazing! The property felt brand new, no wear and tear - the best kind of hotel. No restaurant, source food and drinks from outside (there are beach bar = fast food restaurants walking distance from there, but the closest grocery store is 5 min driving away). We liked it so much that we contemplate returning again this year! Large parking lot for all guests.

Host is a great guy, easy to connect and available. Room was extra clean, nice terrace, coffee machine, perfect bathroom. Matress on bed is new, comfortable, great to rest.

Amazing stay. This property definitely exceeded our expectations. It is a great value for the money. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was great, big, cleaned every day, it has also one for kids, really great area around where you can enjoy a coffee or a meal at the tables, or soak up some sun on the sunbeds. One night we stayed in the garden for dinner and it was absolutely delicious and cheap. The property also has kids playground in the garden, with lots of toys, and they play cartoons there on a projector in the evening, so if you are with kids this is the perfect place to stay. The location was also excellent for us, only a few steps to the beach, and around 5-10min walking to the center. We also loved the beach, so I can say with confidence that we are definitely coming back here.

Everything was great. The apartment itself is close to the center and the beach, about a 5-7 minute walk. It's very clean and comfortable. You will have everything you need. WiFi was good. The owner was accommodating regarding all my needs during the stay.
