Cheap hotels in Zátouna

It’s a lovely historic building in a cute little village. Breakfast was delicious and different each day. George is the best and was always checking we had everything we needed. He was so kind with our baby also, cooking special eggs just for her and going out of his way.

We arrived late at night (owner knew our arrival time) and there was no heating in the bedroom, it was freezing cold! About 12 degrees. We put the heating on (air inverter) and went straightly to bed. Woke up couple of hours later completely freezing because the previous settings were on fan and not on heating (unlike downstairs in the kitchen). Ended up putting the other electric heater which worked and is not as noisy. Owner says it takes 20mn to heat up the hot water for the shower, obviously they never tried in April when it's 9 degrees outside. It took more than 1h to get warm water. Had to shower with cold water the first day. All in all, very cold place, especially not convenient when cold because of the kitchen and bedroom being in 2 separate floors (only outside stairs). If it's cold or risk of cold, book someplace else.

Lovely apartment - well furnished and well equipped, and with beautiful mountain views. Nicole is a superb host and is super helpful and great to deal with. Zatouna is an awesome village with a great restaurant and ideally placed for some amazing walks as well as the hydro museum at Dimitzana which is a must-see! The history of the whole area is just awesome.

The view is lovely, the place is clean, the breakfast is varied, and the owners are very nice.

The apartment is very cosy, quiet, with a beautiful mountainous view from the balcony. It's clean with all necessary amenities and at a good location right in the heart of the village. Also, great hospitality by Kristy who is a star. ⭐

My stay in Dimitsana while hiking the Menalon Trail was pleasant and comfortable. The guest-house was fully-booked, but my charming room was still quiet despite adjoining the shared courtyard. The common room/breakfast area were neat and the whole building felt very safe. The host, Vanessa, was very kind, and patient with my late arrival and poor cellphone service trying to reach her to check in. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet her briefly at breakfast at a nearby cafe the next morning (where guests get a nice discount). Thank you!

There was refrigirator. Location was good but hard to find.
