The food here is a bit Western, especially for us Asians. It's lacking spiciness and deep flavors, but it's still tasty. The pool is large and comfortable, especially the small pool outside the Japan villa accommodation. In the afternoon, around noon, the pool is shaded from direct sunlight, so it stays cool. However, with such a beautiful sea, as a scuba diver, I'd rather jump into the ocean to get wet. The breakfast offers a few options, mostly Western-style and delicious, but after staying for many days, it gets a bit repetitive. I do miss Asian-style breakfasts.

This place is stunning, beautiful, best of all is that the staff appears to really happy working there. Everyone smiling and you can hear people laughing at work. They hosted a weekly barbecue where they seated all the guests together, that created a very inviting and friendly atmosphere. We hardly left the resort, we had everything we needed right there. It was an excellent stay.

Great nice view of mount agung from the restaurant. Breakfast was nice. Strong wifi in room too. The dive shop attached was nice and professional too. We stayed in Palm Springs for 2 weeks, and we had such a wonderful time! The location is breathtakingly beautiful, and every day, the first and last thing we saw was the volcano. It felt like we woke up in an oasis every day, with the sea in the distance. The service was also outstanding, and the food was delicious! Having a car or scooter is ideal since it's a bit remote, but that also contributes to its beauty. Thank you so much for our delightful stay, and we will definitely return when we're in Bali!

The location is superb, right on the beach. Food in general is pretty basic and it is disappointing they don't have a liquor licence to serve wines but luckily we knew beforehand and were able to bring our own. The staff are sensational, always very friendly and efficient. The dive shop crew were brilliant and very helpful with assisting us in and out of the water dealing with the rocks etc.
