I stayed in the 1-bedroom unit. It was very large and everything was really well maintained and comfortable, with things like bottled water and tea provided. The room was immaculate. Mr. Ragade is a kind host and quick to help with questions. He will cook breakfast and dinner for an additional (very reasonable) fee. As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed not having to hunt for restaurants and to be able to dine with other guests. Food was really excellent. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe there as a woman traveling alone.

The room was very clean and nice - up to Western standards, which made it an excellent choice for the money. I had a very disappointing experience elsewhere in India at the beginning of my trip, so this was a very pleasant surprise. The room had a small fridge and a tea kettle. The bathroom had a shower curtain, good water flow in the shower, and no issues getting hot water. The hotel was able to put me in touch with a driver for the Ajanta and Ellora caves (who is the same one they use for airport pickup/dropoff). Breakfast had a lot of options and was available from 7-10 AM. Lunch and dinner were also available in the restaurant. Staff in the restaurant and at the front desk were excellent. I left something in my room by accident and they ran down to bring it to me before I managed to drive away. Location seemed good, but I didn't spend any time walking around. It was about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and I paid 500 rupees for a ride to the airport. (Airport pickup was included for free when I booked.)
