Hyatt Haridwar delivered a consistently high standard. Breakfast was delicious and well organised, with a good spread and staff who were attentive without being intrusive. Cleanliness was top tier, everything felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. The team’s professionalism and hospitality really elevated the stay. Helpful, respectful, and quick to assist. A very comfortable and well managed hotel.

The room was beautifully designed and spotless.Temple within the hotel premises, private and clean ghat for Ganga snan, graceful Sandhya Ganga aarti performed by the temple priests and soothing live music/singing during the entire day helped elevate the overall experience and created a divine vibe. Exceptional service, the entire staff was super helpful, positively responsive and always smiling - Any requests we made were handled quickly and professionally.. special mention for Ms.Jyoti. The buffet spreads offered a great variety and the flavours were perfectly balanced. And above all the location was absolutely perfect. Thankyou to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality💕

Everything we found was pleasant. From our entry to exit..the hospitality, service, courtesy, facility, cleanliness, hygiene etc. everything was smooth. Staff gave good support & showed great understanding with further guidance in local movements. Overall a very wonderful & memorable experience. Recommended for all the times.

Easy to reach , perfect location , comfortable stay

Room has fan but no ventilation, when I questioned about this they say exhaust is in bathroom given, but bathroom was not something one can open while sleeping when commode was in front of eyes directly.

The room was spacious, with balcony. Though the property was on the main haridwar road this was tucked in few feets from the road and hence completely silent and peaceful. It had a heater in the room, which I have rarely seen in such stays. The staff was very polite and caring. They had laundry facility with lil extra payment, which helped me a lot. The food was great. The location is near to most of the key places you want to visit. Enjoyed my stay. Value for the money paid.

Good hotel to stay near railway station

Felt very holy place to stay, right at the Sati ghat and part of the temple.

Hotel ka overall experience expectations se better raha. Supportive team aur excellent hospitality ne stay ko special bana diya.
