The property is located at the main road so finding restaurant or accessing any beach was easy. There is no room service however you can ask the caretaker for anything you want. The best part is roads, simply awesome and full credit goes to the government

IndiaAmazing place. Very neatly arranged rooms and cottages. Right on the beach. Staff was excellent and very helpful in all aspects. Food was amazing and they went out of their way to make sure it was not spicy which we prefer. Staff also on their own explained all the local customs and areas which was very nice. Very clean premises. We were pointed the owner to us...Maybe he could have smiled a bit more:-) But overall amazing place. Would really love to visit again for a longer duration.

The high ceilinged room was lovely and large with fun illustrations on the wall and cupboard. It was in good condition and very clean. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Malvan’s beaches. Staff members were all very helpful and friendly. It was also great value.

Stay was really very Good and Rooms were very clean and spacious, outside space to relax and chill out.. Location is very close by to the beaches and breakfast shops are available in a walk.
Vasudev was really nice in talking care of the traveller for the stay and arranged Bike on rent and Rick for back to station. Guidance on the local spots to cover was very helpful.
