It's a brand new property. They've done a great job with the aesthetics of the place to get a nice and comfortable vibe. They also have a dedicated workstation for those on a workation. The staff is very polite and respectful. Met a set of fantastic people at the property who made my stay super memorable.

A very clean and beautiful place near the beach. A host was friendly and helpful. Also, I liked food at the cafe in Shankar. Good value for money

The property is fabulous, nestled in the green forest just 1 km from the ashwem beach The staff is very accomodating and makes your feel right at home - no matter the time of day or night. Would definitely recommend this as the best property in the north of goa

Beautiful ambience amidst fields under cultivation, simple but clean rooms and facilities, very friendly, courteous owner and staff. Service is non-intrusive and very responsive.

This place is outstanding, the beach huts numbered 1 to 7 are practically on the beach - loved the breeze and sound of the sea as we slept. The restaurant is an excellent- we ate almost every meal there - best food!
