It was so clean it felt like nobody had stayed there before us. It has a wonderful view and the staff was so nice.

Gioia was in a perfect location! Right in the center of the picturesque borgo! It was near parking in the piazza, restaurants, and coffee shops. It had a sweet little balcony! Gioia was extremely comfortable with ample space and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The host was very accommodating during the check in and check out process and very attentive by checking in throughout the stay. I highly recommend Gioia!

The location was a dream. Very quiet, away from all the noise, just a beautifly restored farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Everything was clean, it was spacious, with a gentle vintage touch to the rooms and the main "living room". Watching the sunset and the sunrise on the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was great, we had everything we needed. It really felt like stepping back in time, into a more peaceful and natural world, but with all the modern amenities you need. Definitely recommend!

Restful place, great homemade food,clean, the hosts were more then accommodating to every need we had, and made a lifetime friendship.. will be back there again… highly recommend it to everyone.

The property is newly furnished and is located near the center of town, but the best part about the property is the host! I speak very little Italian . Pino told us where to go for dinner because the owner speaks English. It was Gianluca e GiaMaria pizzeria on Via Mattinella. We were treated like we were old friends! I was looking for information about my great grandmother who was born there. Pino directed us to the town center where Michelangelo, Angela, and their staff are helping us! The woman at the small cafe at the top of the hill worked hard to understand us, and the next morning said “Good morning “! Lovely lady!! Beautiful property, beautiful town, and most importantly, beautiful people! Grazie!

Very quiet. so clean and quaint, brand new and felt like your at home . special and exceptional in the town. the stores and restaurant are so close 5 minutes from the apartment rental.. the owner super kind and is very nice.. will be renting again give it 10 stars love it
