Beautiful hotel few minutes away from Petra visitor center. Rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and they really take good care about the guest. Food (breakfast, dinner) was excellent.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The view from the hotel was amazing. The shower had high water pressure and 3 jets and the beds were huge and comfortable.

The room is clean and comfortable bed .Mr. mosaab provided us good service and give us more information regarding about petra. He treat us very well and most importantly the location is very near to visitors center and restaurants. You must try the food at old street restaurant as it is very tasty and delicious specially the camel menu and mix grilled amazing😍

At check-in, the young man at reception upgraded my room as soon as I arrived. It was a wonderful surprise! He put me in a room with a private bathroom and a king-size bed. I only spent two nights at this property to visit Petra, and everything went smoothly. Petra's site entrance is just a 2-minute walk away. The room is comfortable and perfect for getting a good rest. If your goal is to be as close as possible to the entrance of Petra, this is the place to stay! If you are hesitating to come because of the news, please don't. On the ground, there is absolutely no trace of war—everything is completely safe, peaceful, and calm. Local people are suffering from the lack of tourists, and coming here now is the best way to support them while enjoying Jordan without the crowds.

Nice and comfy facilities, front desk personnel is very kind, specially Ayun (I hope I remember his name correctly) made me feel as if I were at home, he advised me about all I need to have a great experience visiting Petra. I highly recommend this hotel

Super helpful, nice staffs. Everyone was so supportive and they arranged a tour to Wadi Rum that was super great experience! Breakfast, dinner were so good as well. Room is spacious, and feel private.
