Cheap hotels in Gose

This is an excellent Ryokan, not too far from Nara and on the way to Yoshino. The hosts are extremely friendly and will provide you, if you wish, with a Japanese dinner (seafood based) and either a Japanese or Western breakfast - both incur an additional cost. You can also self cater. The place caters for just one set of guests at a time. You have a main room with a table, piano, TV and WiFi, and a room for sleeping in. You leave these rooms to go to the toilet and kitchen area. Shower and bath is around the other side of the building. The house is quite old and is therefore cold overall, however, within your rooms there heaters which keep it very cosy and there are heating mats for the beds. Book here to enjoy a stay in a traditional Japanese house! You can also request a pickup from the train station.

Has more amenities than more hotels that I’ve seen

The staff was fantastic. I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the mountains to run in. I needed a 6:30am taxi, and the taxi wouldn't do a that time. So the manager agreed to drive me 20 minutes in his own car even tho he was not working then.

The staff were friendly and professional, they made our stay a pleasure.

Confortable room, bathroom and nice kitchen.

The owners are so lovely, it was a really nice experience. I had just finished a 3 day hike and was exhausted so the mum made me a delicious Bento box for dinner. The living space is very spacious and light, it felt very relaxing in there. The communal kitchen and bathroom area is also very spacious and has everything you would need.

NIce modern ,spacious for Japan , beautiful spa area. Great lighting room layout comfy beds.
