Even it is a Love Hotel it is allowed to stay with kids. Room was clean, and had a tv in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed few times in different hotels in Hiratsuka, but this one was most comfortable, and feels new.

That’s a love hotel, so you should know what to expect. You’re locked in the room but they provide a QR code to easily contact the reception which makes it easier to go out/check out without calling and speaking Japanese. Clean room, very nice lady at the reception. They have parking. Overall nice for a night in the city 👍
