The staff not good especially front desk

I enjoyed especially the hot spring.

Very welcoming staff, clean rooms that even had the little things you may have forgot to grab. Will definitely be returning

The location was fabulous--real near the train station but still quiet. The breakfast was also very nice, as was the public bath.

Perfect location right next to the station and shopping centre. Also served us well as our business meeting was 200m away

The bike rental was a huge help traveling around town. Michi-San was a great host. Look forward to next time visiting my family.

Excellent hotel - i stay there every year - recently was updated and now even better!

The proximity to the West Exit of the Kashiwa Station is excellent. The property is well maintained. The staff is exceptional. I stayed in Kashiwa for an event taking place there, but I liked the property and city so much that I would consider staying there for future Tokyo visits as it's only a train ride away from Central Tokyo.

Breakfast was very filling and had a great selection between Japanese and American styles. Plenty for all.

Fantastic place, near Kashiwa no Tanaka Station. Clean room, every day my room was cleaned, they had breakfast. Free drinking beverages 24 hrs
