United StatesThe Dormy Inn Kofu doesn't just take very good care of their guests, they spoil us! Free local grape juice in the lobby, and free ice cream at the onsen (probiotic drinks in the morning!). The amazing onsen, with indoor and outdoor pools and the hottest sauna I've ever enjoyed. There's even a manga lending library. How about a free bowl of delicious fresh ramen every night? The Dormy Inn's breakfast is outstanding, with a great selection of freshly prepared foods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would always stay at the Dormy Inn Kofu again.

Hong KongRemarkable! Second time in Kofu, and this stay was absolutely wonderful! 10 mins taxi ride from Kofu JR station or 30 mins walk from the station. We reserved a spacious room suitable for eight occupants, despite only being two of us; it was entirely worthwhile! Very spacious, it's got an entrance area that can fit 4–5 suitcases.
Please try their soba noodle restaurant; we had amazing dinners and breakfasts for two days! Day 1 breakfasts was traditional Japanese breakfasts with grilled fish and rice; we requested more Western style for the next day, both amazing!
There's an extra small fee for using the onsen, please enjoy that too, you won't regret it!
A really relaxing and quiet place even with an inner yard. We were so grateful!!

Wonderful, fresh breakfast; generous spread, as was the complementary ramen in the evening, Very well organized and plesant onsen experience for the guests as well. Location convenient to everything (bus and train station, main sights). Big rooms, nice views, great cleaning service.

There's onsen in this hotel and they provide free ramen for supper. Room is small. There is a shopping street next to the hotel but we arrived on a Sunday evening and most of the shops and eateries were closed, leaving us with limited choice for dinner. The nearer location with eateries are about 1km away and we did not want to walk that far out so just settled with what we could find.

Hotel was booked as a cheap overnight stay on route to another destination. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Language barrier was no problem even though we spoke no Japanese and they only had odd words of English. Breakfast was basic but acceptable.

I cannot recommend this hostel enough, the way the staff went above and beyond for me is saint like. The rooms were very clean and new, not to mention amazing value. Nice hall common area. the hostel is walking distance to the station. If you need a place to simply sleep on a budget cannot recommend this enough.
