Great location, conveniently located to public transportation with easy access to Umeda and the rest of northern Osaka. Tons of great restaurant options in the neighborhood that stay open late. Good shopping options in the immediate vicinity as well.

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered!(shout-out to Yuuta-san who helped me dispatch my suspiciously large bad back to Tokyo lol!) People from Osaka do live up to their reputation of being incredibly nice. The rooms were comfortable (I could live on those beds) and the amenities were plenty. Everything was very clean, and the location was suberb for those who like to transit between cities in Kansai.

Owners were helpful and pleasant, location, convenient pay to park.

I am a repeat customer. A great place. Nicely decorated appartment rooms, own shower and toilet. Toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee. Nice owners. Quiet neighborhood, but just 3 minutes walk to the station.

Very good location if you want to escape from the center of Osaka but still be 5min away from metro station (20-30min to Nippombashi Station). Very clean and with all the facilities we needed. Residential and quiet neighborhood and great local restaurants around. We spend 2 nights during the weekend and it didn’t feel like it, very quiet and peaceful.

It’s a 3-story building with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of the bathroom with a bathtub, the shower was strong enough, there are a washing machine, a stove, a microwave, an oven, and a kettle in the fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 bikes for the guests to use which is very convenient for them to travel to train station and explore the neighbourhood.

Located in the quiet Osaka suburbs! The owners allowed me to keep my bags in the room even before the check in time!

Everything was great. I stayed in a capsule hotel in Tokyo and this is much better in comparison.
