Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location in walking distance to both Disney parks.

Literally very close to the train station. Going to Disneyland or Disneysea was a breeze.

close to disney, caught a bus or did a 20 min walk. the dino robots were so cool and a highlight of my trip to japan! easy to contact human staff when i needed to store luggage for the day and they were friendly, quick and helpful. rooms were spacious and comfy and very clean and had a lawsons across the road which was nice. would 100% stay here again!

Everything. The location is quite good for Disneyland when traveling by shuttle bus but it’s quite far away from the jr station if we walking with suitcases.

The portable wifi was extremely helpful. We loved the tatami room and ended up just all sleeping on the floor. Location is great and we managed to figure out how to take the bus to DisneySea which turned out to be better for us than taking the train.

Well organized and great communication. Perfect apartment for me and my partner. The location is great for Disneyland considering the price. Having a washing machine is a huge plus if you're staying for multiple nights. Couldn't be happier with the property.

Everythings is cute! From facilities, room, stuffs, and the rest! The breakfast was also really delicous, it also cover some of japanese brakefast. Very recomend this place to visit when you came to Tokyo Disneyland, because hotel is provide with a free shuttle bus go and back from disneyland. Ps. They also have a real convineint store next to the check in counter.

The staff were extremely helpful, I lost my passports on the train and they helped to call the lost-and-found office, and thank God they were found. The hotel is also located right in the middle of streets with many restaurants and even a supermarket. This is one of the best equipped hotel with a washing machine, clothes dryer machine in the toilet, ironing board and stove!

The gentleman we checked in with was very very nice, the place was clean with a lot of space, perfect for two adults and two kids.

Literally EVERYTHING. It is so spacious, so clean and homey. SQUEAKY CLEAN. The bird paintings are 1000/100!! We were amazed by the size since we are so used to smaller places in Japan. The bed is comfortable and everything was just right. We slept like babies. The staff was incredibly nice and patient too. Thank you so much for your help🥰🥰

I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Great location right by the station! This was my first time in Tokyo and the staff made me feel so welcomed. Would definitely stay here again!
