Cheap hotels in Utsunomiya

The hotel was new and is very modern. Love the minimalist theme.

We went to Nikko from Tokyo. Considering the distance, the best way is to go to Utsunomiya, have a night sleep there and then go to Nikko without any rush. So, we looked for a nice "base". This hotel was excellent for this purpose. Located in the center of Utsunomiya it offered great access, very convenient parking arrangement, excellent breakfast in the morning. Also, we could have a very good rest as the room had good beds, great bathroom, all the necessary amenities and what not.

Close to station, clean, self laundry, excellent breakfast.

The management gave me help me greatly. My girlfriend order a room for me and they did not charge me for the room. I respect the kindness for allowing me to cancel with no problem. Thank you.

This hotel was great— large, comfortable rooms, good beds, great shower, etc. We traveled for two weeks in Japan, and this was definitely the most comfortable we were in any hotel. Breakfast was good, too, and there was plenty of free parking on site. I wish all our hotels were like this one.

The staff were nice and they have a very simple breakfast for an amazing 300 yen. The room itself also was a great value.

Private parking, complementary snacks and equipment

I loved the spacious room. The bathtub was medium sized. I wish it was like a Love Hotel bathtub, but hey, it is what it is! This room was clean and nice and the staff is amazing. You get free coffee at the lobby.

Communication with the onwer was great! She responded to my messages within minutes! Great location close to the train station, if you are visiting Utsunomiya without a car and are here for sightseeing, I strongly recommend stay near the train station. Side note, you can buy a one day discounted sightseeing pass at the tourist information counter in train station for ¥2,000, cash only. All the guests were respectful and quiet during my 2 night stay. Someone in the review had mentioned there is a love hotel nearby, I was a bit concerned, but lemme tell you I walked by there at night, if you didn’t know it was a love hotel you would have no way to tell. It’s very quiet and looks just like a normal hotel, I feel very safe here as a solo female traveler. 100% recommend.

The location ia very good. And staffs are ao kind and friendly. I love to stay there.

Exceptionally good value for money with exceptional facilities (Sky Spa!).

The accommodation facilities were generally perfect especially the ones in the room including shower room.

Hotel is far from city chaos where area is surrounded by local stores and merchandises. We love the fact the hotel supports local economy, and still can remain the calamity.

Everything! The location, their services, the amenities, their breakfast buffet, the bed, the pillows, mini hot spring and so on. Good price, will definitely look for more Super Hotels in the future, because we felt super pampered!

The place is an authentic Japanese house. Very neat and clean. The host is very helpful and hospitable. Very near the Utsunomiya Train station
