The owner is the sweetest you can imagine. Kind, helpful, very caring. She goes out of her way to help you. The property itself is stunning. Brand new, beautifully decorated. So clean you can eat on the floor. My room was huge, comfortable, with 2 big doors facing the mountains. Breakfast was delicious. Very good wifi. Quiet. Good vibes. Beyond expectations. Wow what a cozy cute guesthouse. The family is very friendly and from the first moment you feel like at home. The 4bedroom dorm was very comfortable and beds were super! Everything was pretty clean despite some reformations are still happening. There is a kitchen and a mini fridge. I recommend it to all the travelers but mostly for those that need to go to Kyzart or after Kyzart as a reset day or if you go with the car and need somewhere to rest. Thank you so much to the hosts! :) There are plenty of shops and supermarket in the Main Street 4 minutes walking.

Very warm welcoming by the whole family. It is a new guesthouse with only 2 rooms, so you have your privacy. It is really comfy and you can use the kitchen. ( maybe needs oil and frying pan, but got it when asked for it). The included breakfast was good as well. Really nice people, from the kids and father to the grandma. Cozy comfortable place. Would definitely recommend it 100%
