Clean, new build. Very spacious and comfortable. Well stocked with amenities including a foot massager. Breakfast was delicious. Yessen and his wife are very friendly and accommodating.

Booking and confirmation process were easy. The hosts made sure the property was ready by the time we arrived, double checked if everything was all right once they realized we were running late. Hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast was simple but filling. The room, sheets, towels were very clean.

The best accommodation during oue Central Asia trip. Two bedroom and two barhs. What more to ask. Very clean and new. And they provide great.breakfast with local horsemilk cheese to try.

Very clean, new, comfortable and efficient room with nice balcony to sit outside. Parking right outside the room in closed yard. Hosts were very nice and accommodating as they helped me with my poor planning. They helped us with local info and setting up ride to Lake Kaindy which was great. Dining area was very clean and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Thank you!!
