The perfect location for Adams Peak walk. The rooms are comfortable and the terrace is a lovely place to sit with a drink in the evening.

Everything was great! There were heavy rains during my visit, so electricity was out for short bits of time, but I was able to take a hot shower every day. Wifi didn't work on the first day (connected but didn't work), but next day it worked perfectly and was fast. The living room with a little kitchen area is very nice. Dinners and breakfasts (was charged 1100 for dinner, 950 for breakfast) very good, a variety of dishes

We had a great welcome. The owners are really kind. Very close to the entrance. The breakfast was incredible. A lot of different options and all very tasty.

Everything. Welcoming, comfortable, clean, good food. Helpful owner. And just 100m from the start of the Adam’s Peak hike. Owner makes it easy for you to start the hike early morning, and come back for a shower and late breakfast before checking out.

I stayed here for one night. The location is very close to the starting point of Adam’s Peak, which makes it a convenient choice for those planning to climb. The room was clean and comfortable, and the washroom had hot water, which was appreciated. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered welcome tea and provided useful information about the climb. The food they prepared was also very tasty, allowing me to rest well before the hike. If you plan to stay in Dalhousie before climbing Adam’s Peak, this is a good option!!

Great room with balcony. Staff were 11/10. Organized me a guide for Adam’s peak hike and taxi up north. Everything I needed. Location is perfect, a few minutes to walk to the start of the hike. Staff are friendly & organized, service was fast and food was delicious. Get the chicken wrap, you won’t regret it.

The room was new, clean and comfortable, breakfast was really delicious, and host was nice. 7 minute walk from the start of adams peak.

Very friendly staff, arranged a tuk-tuk for me from Hatton station and back. Both drivers showed me exceptional places for photos, stopped along the way and gave me time to take photos and enjoy the beautiful view. the rooms are excellent for this price range, there is hot water and everything you need, everything is clean. Located in a couple of hundred meters from the start of the trail to Adam's Peak, the climb took only about 2 hours 15 minutes. Happy with everything - definitely would recommend it. Sorry for photos of the wild, didn’t take any picture at the hotel, was in a little hurry.

Simple but spacious and clean room with a wide balcony over-looking a river. Friendly staff who were accommodating, thoughtful and helpful. Only minutes to Adam’s Peak trailhead.

Huge big rooms, great hosts, great location for climbing Adam’s Peak.

We had an amazing time. Terrence is the nicest person and really made us feel at home. Food was delicious and it was the best point to start the climb up to Adam’s peak.

We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the Daffodils Inn for the following reasons: Our room was functional and very clean; the location, set slightly back from the main road, is quiet—which is especially valuable given the specific sleeping hours required for a climb up Adam’s Peak—and the food is excellent. We’d especially like to mention our hosts, who were not only extremely friendly but also provided us with great tips for climbing Adam’s Peak and were very accommodating regarding our requests. For our subsequent transfer, our hosts put us in touch with Madusha, whom we can also highly recommend.

We had a very clean and comfortable room. The amenities were good considering the reasonable prices. The best is the staff, who are friendly, kind and accommodating. We had breakfast at the place which was fresh and yummy. Overall we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place

We Got a free room upgrade to a completely new room with comfortable bed and private Bathroom with hot shower. The location couldnt be better, we absolutely loved the village. It was our favorite village so far, we highly recommend to stay here. The room is a perfect starting point to the hard trek to Adam's Peak. Included breakfast was also delicious.

The hosts of this place are incredibly nice and welcoming! They helped us with everything we needed and even drove us to the trailhead of Adam's peak in the middle of the night for free. The food was fantastic every day and we can recommend staying at this place to anyone who's looking for a low budget family homestay in the area.

The staff were the highlight of our trip especially Ramesh, Pradeep, Mano and Darshan. Accommodating a group of 15 is not an easy job but they were always cheerful and very helpful no matter the time. They helped us prep for our hike, giving the best advice. Special props to Ramesh who went with us on the hike assisting one of the oldest members of our group. The property is relatively close to Adam’s Peak and the food was palatable as well especially the breakfast.
