Very close to the Cave Temple (10 minutes walk). Excellent pool for relaxing and cooling off. Spacious and comfortable room. Well-maintained garden and attentive owners. Abundant and tasty breakfast. I recommend it. I would return.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a great view of the city. The owmer was incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!" Mainly owner is very friendly and good manner🥰

Amazing homestay, the family are really nice and welcoming. We had some issues with our suitcase with the airline and they were able to help us. The room is really lovely and comfortable. The home cooked breakfast was really tasty and the host always offered us Sri Lankan tea which was really lovely. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

It’s a beautiful property immersed in nature. The staff is really kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed every person of the staff from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant, they were all very professional and so kind! We will never forget them! The rooms are spacious and well furnished. We highly recommend this place.

Out of all the hotels and homestays I stayed at during my 11-day tour of Sri Lanka, this homestay was by far the most valuable and amazing. The rooms were very clean and had almost every amenity you could need. The host was incredibly friendly and even dropped me off at the station when I was leaving. The breakfast was healthy, delicious, and the portion sizes were great. Sometimes pictures don't fully capture the quality of a room, but the moment I walked in, it felt so peaceful and calming. The location is tucked a bit away from downtown, but it is only a 10-minute walk to get there.

What a marvelous find! Utterly charming accommodation just off the main road, but open to farmland at the back and surrounded by a lovely garden. You would never guess you are in the centre of a busy town. The rooms are probably the best we stayed in during our trip (including much more expensive hotels). Lovely comfortable bed with mosquito net tent. There is a separate kitchen area with a small fridge, kettle and tea/coffee supplies and plates and cutlery. There is also a space with a luggage rack and place to hang clothes. The bathroom is large with premium fittings and hot water. There is a nice terrace with chairs out front and even a little yard at the back with a washing line. The breakfast area is so lovely, partially open with a fish pond. And the breakfast was superb. Beautifully home cooked Sri Lankan food, with European options too. The family are very sweet and helpful and arranged a tour to Sigiriya, followed by an elephant safari at Minneriya. Absolutely wonderful. No hesitation in recommending this lovely place.

The pool and garden area was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and the manager was very, very helpful, was able to speak very good English which helped a lot, Breakfast was also very nice.
