Appartment is spotlessly clean and has everything we needed.. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Facilities and accomodation were perfect. Hosts Maja and Milos are amazing hosts, very welcoming and very helpful. 5 min walk from the apartment to a nice beach and well located for visiting Perast and Hercig Novi. Private off road parking spot is really useful. Incredible view from the apartment and terrace area. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying to explore the area. Thank you.

The interior of the hotel is highly distinctive. The rooms provide a beautiful view of Bay of Kotor, and cleanliness is added value. Towels and bedsheets smells so good, wonderful aromas👌 The service is outstanding; they assisted us with beach and restaurants reservations. So responsive and cordial in communication. The manager, Luka, was very polite and expedite. He helped us to make all the reservations. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area is very uniquely designed. Wonderful experience 👏

This apartment is a real gem that we found by chance. It’s a 300-year-old house that’s been renovated in a way that provides modern-day comfort with a nice touch of centuries of history. Zorka and Vesna are the most natural, friendly hosts you could hope to have. Combined with the best beach in all of Boka (just 100m away) and lush greenery, you’re sure to have a memorable vacation... Pajic family...

A beautiful location and an even more beautiful accommodation. Everything is tidy, clean, and perfectly prepared for a relaxing stay. The hosts are wonderful people who are always willing to help with anything you may need. I haven’t been this satisfied with an overall experience in a long time, which is why I am certain that I will return here again!

The apartment is neat, clean, very spacious and very modern, has its own parking space, the entire complex is for 10, peace and quiet in it.

Great apartment, great view of the bay through the terrace, amazing swimming pool. The apartment is very clean and cosy, with air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a small shop and a few restaurants nearby.

A very positive and kind owner. Fantastic views from any window from both sides. Just 50 metres from the sea. The road is not disturbed and it was interesting to watch it from the balcony. We had great breakfasts on the balcony before 10-11 am and then you have a shade there that is quite actual during summer time. The interior is simple but you have everything you need.
