The location is perfect if you go to ski. It is right in the middle of the stage and you can basically walk to the ski lift or ski down to the ticket store. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything to get you comfortable. They can find private ski or snowboard instructor with discount for beginners who want to learn skiing. They have the snowmobile to help you bring things from the car to the hotel. You can not go to the hotel with car. If I would ever return to Kodra e diellit (Popova Shapka) this is the place I would return to without a doubt. I highly recommend it to single people or family.

The owners were very welcoming and kind. Even though they mainly spoke Macedonian, they helped with translation and even tried to communicate with us in Albanian. An older couple greeted us warmly, they were very informative and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable as two women traveling, and the location was convenient.
