Location that everything was close by and the staff was amazing

Clean, private parking, kichenette well equipped

Place is very clean, necessary things available like iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils, etc. Bed was comfortable and nice furniture made the place cozy and enjoyable.

Everything was easy about staying here. They are consistently good at maintaining high standards for cleanliness and comfort.

Very comfortable and well equipped small apartment. Carlos and Lucero always responded promptly to messages and resolved minor maintenance issues quickly. Towels and sheets changed, and room cleaned twice a week by resident manager / cleaning lady.

Previous trip there was no hot water...that was my only complaint and this time the water was hot n plentiful. Everything else about Fiesta has always been excellent. Great value.

The girl at reception was super helpful. She put me onto a great restaurant up the road and tried to help me organize my bus to Belize the following morning

This is a great location if you´re planning a short-stop in Chetumal. It´s very close to the airport and the buses. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom even more so which can be hit or miss sometimes in Mexico, but not here. Great Wifi connection, access to multiple streaming services, warm shower, clean bed and room in a comfortable and convenient location.

Perfectly located between the airport and the pier, the room is very modern and has everything you need for a stay of several days. The hotel concept is excellent and well thought out, and the beds and pillows are the best :). The staff is also very friendly and helped us with everything we needed—highly recommended.

Our favourite place in Chetumal, so stylish, comfortable, great location. Impeccably equipped kitchen, actual bathtub. I hesitate to say more for fear it will get too booked up.
