Owners are really kind, keen to help in everything. I chose the place for the images of the tree and it wasn’t disappointed at all, really beautiful place with nice birds in the area.

There were common areas on the 2nd through 4th floor that are very spacious and comfortable if you want to sit and chat. The elevator give a great view of the street. The restaurant on the 5th floor was really great, as was the included breakfast. (It was buffet style with plenty to choose from and fresh-cooked eggs.) The balcony in my room (313) was spacious and had a great view.

The staff is kind, polite and respectful. I was looking for a special place to stay with my wife and Ive found it here. Highly recommended. 😃

Traveled to Tarapoto n our stay at Apu Samay was amazing, clean, friendly people (all the staff including Luna 🐕😊) They are expanding with focus on nature and community. Cherry on top …best food we ate in Tarapoto, thank u and hope we’ll go back.

The hotel is very well located just a few meters from the city center. And it has a very good variety for breakfast.

The staff assistance was excellent, speaciakly Saul, who was always available and ready to help. The location is great.

The property had great hot showers and the service from the staff was excellent!!! When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist named Valentina. She not only made sure I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond for me. As I don’t speak Spanish well, she ordered me food with consideration for my special diet. She was absolutely amazing and the best part of my stay. Although the entire staff was excellent!!! She was in a class all by herself. I slept so good and their laundry service was excellent and fast too. I seriously can’t say enough about my stay here. By far this was my favorite experience while staying in Tarapoto. Even though I stay in 2 other highly recommended hotels there.

The location and price are very convenient. The owner is attentive and willing to help tourists to know their way around.

It was ok for the price. The breakfast was not great and there was hair in the shower when we got there. But the beds were clean, there was air conditioning and it was close to lots of things. It worked fine for one night

Good and friendly staff, specially Daniel who helped all the time answering all questions we have, solve all the problem and requires we have. Recommended 100 percent.

Wery friendly stuff and very good location. the breakfast was very friendly and supportive. I had special request for breakfast and they made all come true. 3 vegetarian vegan restaurants right around the corner.

The staff is very friendly, we were always welcome everytime we were returning, giving us very good recommendations on where to eat, what to do, etc. The location is great as it is near the plaza and if you go to the terrace, the view is wonderful.
