For its price, this place is gold. I love the hospitality of the staff, the location is near the airport; there are nearby restaurants etc, the place, though humble is well-maintained and clean, they also offer hearty breakfast, and can accommodate/assist their guests to their beeds such as travel tours and vehicles. Their bedroom itself is quite spacious, and comes with its own bathroom. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning works well too. Also, the staff are always courteous and ready to answer any inquiry which is like a bastion of what Filipino hospitality looks like.

Very affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a table and chairs. They pay attention to little things like having drinking water and cutlery. They even provide toothbrushes.

We had a comfortable stay at RichKizz for 3 nights from December 6 to 9. 💁‍♀️Ma’am Carlorn is very accommodating and attentive to our requests; she even arranged our pickup from the airport to the unit since we will arrive at night. 📍Location wise, it’s close to the airport and tourist spots around the city, so we didn’t have any trouble going around. 🏡Unit is very clean, modern, well maintained, and even has a cute honesty store that I enjoyed. Lastly, the breakfast menu is a must try! 😋 We were surprised how big the portion was, and the food is very refreshing and yummy! I hope I saw it sooner so we were able to avail and try a lot from their menu. 😁 Until next time! We will surely be back! 😊👌💯

The room is soooo clean!!! I’m a solo travele. So the room is pretty proper. If you are have company,I think the room would be small

The owners are very lovely people. Super friendly, helpful, it feels a bit like home :). The place is clean, maintained, there is ac and fan in dormitory. Close to the airport (u can get a tuk-tuk it should be in between 30- 40 pesos from the airport ). U get a towel, there is free tea/coffee as well. They even offered me to try Filipino breakfast. Wi-fi is ok. Ofc u cant forget about price/quality ratio which is very good. It was a very pleasant stay, salamat!

I like it because it is cozy and very close to the airport,less than 5 minutes drive. The owner was so kind, he offered us a ride sa 6am na pagpunta namin sa airport, we gave him 100 pesos and he was very approachable. The interenet was ok naman, naka zoom meeting ako. Plus mabango ang room. May microwave,heater, blower, and hangers. I was able to hang my wet clothes galing el nido outside the house.

Nice Place truly lives up to its name, it really suits the place. My stay exceeded all my expectations and was honestly exceptional. The place was comfortable, clean, and everything felt very well taken care of. The owner and staff were super nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is also perfect for travelers. They even have a laundry shop right on the ground floor, which was really convenient.
