The hotel has a reception desk with a person, and I think now this can be considered an advantage. I arrived too late at night but a friendly employee at the reception received me, very kind and polite. I ordered breakfast, it was also hearty, tasty. I liked it, very homely. The staff is wonderful.

Great stay at very spacious rooms for a good value. The food was great.

The reception staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated after a long flight. The price was very reasonable, too. My room was spotless—the bed, sheets, carpet, toilet, and bathroom were all impeccably clean. It was quiet, and the air conditioner worked perfectly without making any noise. The lobby next to reception was lovely, with plenty of seating and a nice ambiance. I believe there’s also a restaurant in that area, which is a great bonus. The location was convenient, with a McDonald’s and KFC nearby for quick meals. It’s also close to a beautiful park with lakes and a shopping mall with stores like Decathlon, H&M, and Dealz, just across the highway. They also offer a wake-up service, which I used for a 6 a.m. wake-up call. Big thanks to them for that! As someone who has stayed in many five-star hotels worldwide, I found this three-star hotel exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Katowice. Considering the price and overall experience, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended! 😊

Good place to take rest and relax,, it has a lot of friendly drunk people outside the Hotel because it has a lot of bars near by.

We had a fantastic time. Very well equipped hostel, super clean, the staff is very friendly. This was our 3rd time, and we are going back next time when I travel to Sosnowiec.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. We were impressed with the layout of the room. Very lovely, spacious, comfortable, clean with all items you would need including toiletries and perfectly equipped kitchenette. Location is close to shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket which is a massive bonus. It felt like a home away from home. The host was fantastic as well. Communication was excellent. The owner replies immediately to questions and is approachable and helpful. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting.
