The proprietor was one of the most welcoming I have encountered in my 80,000km bicycle ride around the world. Greeting us with “Bring the bicycles inside and store them securely on the patio.” Music to a cyclist’s ears! And very friendly and pointing us to the “best restaurant within 100 kilometers.” True! And, conveniently, 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel was charming and super clean and super comfortable. excellent breakfast, hosts were kind enough to make it a bit earlier for us than the regular time. room was exceptionally comfortable, great mattress both in the large bed and also in the kids extra bed. we only stayed for one night but we'd definitely be willing to come back.

It's a beautiful and quiet place with a nice salt water pool to enjoy during the day. It's also remote enough to do some great stargazing at night! The breakfast is quite tasty and the host, Dona Cândida, is amazing and very welcoming!
