The apartment was really nice, big, clean, it had everything that I needed, even more. There were even sun loungers to lie on the terrace! It has really cozy balcony with amazing city and ocean view. Owner of the apartment Patricia is very friendly and amazing person, she supported me with everything. I’d love to come back again. If you are looking for the clean accommodation where you can rest well and close to everything it’s definitely this option, I highly recommend.

One of the best property rentals we’ve ever had in our world travels, location-luxury-cleanliness-modern interior. Kitchen appliances & items pristine condition. Linens & towels fresh smelling not moldy/used. Site photos accurate. Not a typical rental, rather a luxury home. Quiet peaceful area, 8mins from the airport especially if early morning flight next day, stayed 5days, however didn’t notice planes through any nights & had our best sleeps. Black out drapes, firm comfy beds. 5min walk to Supermercado complete grocery with butcher/seafood counter, great cafe inside. Few restaurants, lounge bar within walking distance although quite steep hills which we found typical in all of Madeira so would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues the whole island. Plenty available free parking in front, back of complex throughout day/nights. 35min drive from PPR1,2 & Pico Ruivo and other great hike trails. Definitely returning again, thank you Marta & Carmo for the great stay made our first trip to the island so memorable!
