Unfortunately, without knowing about this place beforehand, we booked only one night here as part of our Maramureș tour. Looking back, we truly wish we had stayed longer. This is a truly unique place. The way the old traditional houses have been carefully restored, combining modern comforts with authentic historical charm while preserving the original furniture and countless traditional details, is simply impressive. During our stay, it genuinely felt as if we were guests in the home of "Mos Ștefan," a warm and welcoming local who had invited us to spend the night in his house. In reality, it was Marius and Andreea whose passion, dedication, and hard work have brought this wonderful project to life. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maramureș. It offers much more than accommodation—it is an authentic experience that lets you connect with the region's traditions without giving up modern comfort. We will definitely come back the next time we visit

We were here for just one night, but we'll definitely return. It was a very nice room, very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants, and close to the aqua park. Best choice in Ocna.

It is an amazing location and very authentic look and feel.

The host was there to help and answer any questions. The rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

The rooms were clean, baths as well. The house came with a big yard in which you could park your car, relax in the swing and enjoy the fresh air of the morning. Outside the main building in which the rooms were, you had another smaller building which was like a kitchen, you could cook, eat, and make coffee there, decorated very nicely with traditional folklore objects from Maramures (and not only) geographical region. Very nice and friendly hosts.
