Our experience with Voco hotel was amazing . Spacious and clean room. The staff very helpful and polite. The price is incredible compared with all the facilities. You have shuttle buses to al Haram from free.

I liked everything starting from reception to every other thing, the reception employees are very polite with wonderful smile and hospitality, the room was very clean, quiet and ordered, the breakfast was magnificent and a lot of varieties, everything was perfect.

Alhamdulillah, I am very satisfied with the service. The location is excellent, and the reception staff were extremely polite and helpful, providing all the necessary information about the hotel.

Great value for money. Lovely soothing decor. Most of the staff speak English. Free parking was available. No crowded elevators. Great tea available downstairs.

It was clean, closeby( like a 10 min fast walk to Haram), taxis were plentiful nearby, shopping facilities and food was also nearby.

The room was pleasant, the hot water was superb to havea a night bath. Special thanks to the roomboys Radwan and Sagor who give me some introduction to the hotel and also guidance from the receptionist Reham.

100% 100% 100% This hotel is one of the best you can choose, it combines elegance, tranquility and proximity to theMASJID SL HARAM MAKKAH at the same time. I used to leave the hotel every day to take the hotel bus that is always there, to the Grand Mosque, there I had the best time, I would leave there, walk to the hotel (30 minutes), and I could come back by taxi (13 Saudi riyals, about 3 dollars), or I could come back by the hotel buses which I did not need at all, and when I came back, I would enter another world, a hotel with excellent luxury, Dinners was great , I booked a room with breakfast included, but I was not able to break my fast until the last day because I was in the Haram. However, the last day when I broke my fast before leaving the hotel, it was a very delicious breakfast, and not as my friends who had visited Mecca previously told me and informed me that the hotels there, although expensive, are deplorable due to the poor services in everything, it was truly a wonderful opportunity for me, thanks to Ms. Jamila in the information department and Ms. Rafel for their professionalism in work, as well as all the staff, and thanks also to BOOKING because it really never let me down.

It’s newly built hotel near kudai parking. It’s good if you are travelling with a car, or even when you get taxi to kudai it’s very near. Also a lot of free parking area.

Staff was very cooperative, shuttle service is excellent 👍, on getting back from Haram any bus can be availed. room service is very good.

I had a wonderful experience at Rizq Palace Hotel my 6 days stay in Mekkah KSA The rooms are very good designed And is we'll equiped with all the neccessary amenities, facilities, items, etc. There is quick response and fast service for any thing requested to the Reception like water/Tea which is complimentary, maintenance required, cleaning/housekeeping services, etc Loved the area the locality surrounding restaurants, groceries near by, shopping centers, wished this hotel could be very near to Haram but anyways it's just 2.5kms away and has 24/7 shuttle service Highly recommend to others and wish you guys good luck Rizq Palace Hotel

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Anwar and all the reception staff for their warm welcome and continuous support throughout our stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of complimentary Arabian coffee delivered to our room on the first day, which made us feel truly welcomed.
