Cheap hotels in Ban Tha Makham

Large room but No Lift, we stayed on 3rd floor. Quite not convenient.

the water in the pool is not quite clear. Need more chlorine maybe. the breakfast is ok. the room is huge, but the floor is slippery maybe because of floor wax

Nice staffs, clean room, good location with restaurant nearby, close too tourist attraction but not too busy and not too far from the center.

Our stay here was wonderful. Everyone on staff was really friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super clean and refreshed daily. The beds and pillows were comfortable allowing for a great night sleep. The little balcony area provided racks to hang clothes to dry. A nice extra touch were the daily snacks and water/juice accessible at all hours. Breakfast items were also provide along with coffee and tea. The location is good but you do need to walk to things. Easy walk about 5-10 minutes from the everything. Easy walk to the bridge.

Very good value for your money. The staff is extremely friendly and we had a great time staying at this guesthouse. The location is perfect and it is not too loud at night. The room and bathroom were clean enough.

One block from the bridge! The staff is great. The young lady who worked the evening shift speaks some English and was very helpful and so thoughtful. We got the largest single room (2 twin beds) and it was very spacious. The hotel was so clean I think you could eat off of the floor. Convenient to restaurants and markets. Used ride-share so it was easy to go anywhere we needed. No microwave but a nice fridge and electric kettle. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were very good.

Hotel is like new hotel with new furniture.But some area were under construction.

Very good café downstairs — clean, comfortable, and cozy. It’s located right next to the bridge, which makes it super convenient!

Great location good breakfast

Friendly staff, lovely clean place. Excellent value for money, comfy beds and nice big rooms. Now the absolute best thing about this place is the breakfast. Fabulous proper Thai food. I rode 800kms in a day and came directly to this place. It's that good.

Excellent location friendly and helpful staff

I ended up getting the only ready room upgraded one with AC and private bathroom in the building which was a good decision as it was too hot for the Hut. it was great.

Truly the best hostel stay ever. Wen, the host is amazing and goes above and beyond to help you have the best time. I gave me so many recommendations as well as inviting me to the local spots. Being on the hostel property feels like an oasis. I cannot wait to come back!

One of my favorite stays in Thailand in Kanchanburi. It was within close proximity to the Bridge on the River Kwai and the night markets. My son loved the facilities and we love the focus on the children. They have indoor and great outdoor play with a beautiful pool and garden to enjoy. The rooms are airy and beautifully and aesthetically decorated. Loved the little kitchenette with all the tea and coffee facilities and cookies. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kanchanburi. Even the 7/11 is just around the corner.
