The staff were amazing. Very supportive and helpful, especially when I needed their help after an occurrence that happened. They also help bring back my confidence. I have never been to a hotel where the staff have cared so much for their residence. I was there for longer than others, for 7 days, but I would definitely go back again to see. I appreciated all the workers and the accommodation was very nicely laid out.

Walkable from train, in the center of town, endless walkable amenities all around. Old school hotel was a fun time capsule! Excellent service at the front desk, water refill in the hallways and luggage storage available.

It was everything that we expected, and more.

I stayed here twice, once before getting ferry to Koh Toa and then when I came back. The whole place is beautiful, it's a fabulous design and the place feels like home. The owners wife/husband who run the place could not be anymore gracious and welcoming. Very helpful in everything you need. I actually said to him do you ever day no, his reply, always yes. Great location for getting ferry to the islands.

Absolutely amazing place to stay the villas are so nice and the grounds are so beautiful. Staff are so friendly and accommodating and speak really good English, we wanted to speak an additional night which they helped us with. Breakfast is good with cereal in room and toast jam and fruit in common area. And the drip coffee wow the smell and taste is soooo good I brought some extra to bring home. You get free kayak and bikes to go on which is a must just to explore the area. Love it here. I took mostly videos of the villa so cannot show.

Have stayed here many times and receptionist is always very helpful to us. We have a great room for a great price. Exceptional value for money. Usually stay overnight breaking up a long road trip going north and south of Thailand. Would always recommend it to friends and family. Also decent food at the in-house restaurant and good price.

The place was a little remote which for us made it a good location as we were looking for a peaceful and quiet night. The staff made our stay really special, helping us incredibly.

The staff is super helpful and they always greet you with (what feels like) a genuine smile! There's a 7 eleven and a Big C supermarket right across the street, as well as a street food restaurant. Willow Pillow is on the big street where you have the train station at the end and a shopping mall inbetween. There are also two options that I know of where you can rent a scooter which are within a 7 minute walk.

Absolutely beautiful villa, really quiet and super clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Has all the facilities you need, restaurants around. Parking we had just under the Villa so really convenient. Looks much better than the pictures
