I had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family stay.

The accomodation was very nice and comfortable but very close to the river so invaded by mosquitos at all times.The hosts did not bother to do something about it.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunshine Beach Condotel. Our host, Alexander, truly went above and beyond. He helped with every detail, arranged airport transfers, recommended restaurants for a birthday celebration, and made sure we were always looked after. Even with our flight delayed by six hours, we were met at the airport and welcomed warmly in the middle of the night. We rented two condos, both well equipped with full kitchens, plenty of towels, good air conditioning, and even a coffee maker in one. The units are not brand new and show some general wear, but everything was clean, organised, and comfortable. The views were absolutely incredible. We stayed on the 9th and 27th floors and both were stunning. The pools were clean and quiet, with a shallow one perfect for kids and a larger one great for laps. Many days we had them entirely to ourselves. The beach is right in front of the building, making it easy to enjoy peaceful family time away from busy Pattaya. Cafes are about a 20 minute walk, but Grab and Bolt made food delivery and transport effortless. The location is also close to Ramayana Water Park, Nong Nooch Garden, the Elephant Park, and plenty of massage places and street food near 7/11. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Sunshine Beach Condotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and fantastic host support.

The room was easy to check into, very clean, and a comfortable bed. Parking on-site, aircon and shower worked well.

The staff was very accommodating. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice pool. The staff was always smiling and they made breakfast according to my vegetarian diet. Thank you for that.

AKA Pure Sunset Beach Condos as soon as I walked in - I felt the vibe - Minimalist! I loved it… All white walls & even the marble like floor tiles are white. There are no decorations on the walls & everything looks ultra modern & clean. built in small kitchen area & built in closets…AND it has its own private beach!! 🏖️ But having this Seaview right in front of you, with no obstructions of other buildings, is just heavenly —- so worth what you’re paying for! This condo also has a fitness gym & sauna overlooking the nice pool by the beach! At first it felt like it’s so far away from the city, so remote, but after a couple of days & renting a scooter to go around —- This place is kinda growing on us…. It’s a great place for reclusive people, if you’re looking for a quiet retreat, then this place is worth it! The exterior reminds me of Miami South Beach Art deco architecture…very 1930’s cool white structures.

Close to beach. Host always accessible. Building staff great. Water vending machine in lobby. View. Ocean breeze was fabulous. Doors opened very wide. Bathroom was fantastic. All you need to cook. Quiet building. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the decor too.
