The staff, especially Veysel went above and beyond, many issues arose for me and here is some things he helped me with. Booking a flight for me, changing USD to lira, booking a shuttle to the airport, driving me to my shuttle, finding a free shuttle from Istanbul to my hotel. He also showed me the BEST authentic Turkish restaurant in marina called Dennas Marina, just trust me, you need to experience it, the cheapest but get the best food in all of kusadasi and I tried many and was very disappointed of the overpriced touristy, america style food options. Location - It's right across from the beach, rooms have a beautiful view Atmosphere of hotel - Immaculate clean, the most gorgeous spa and Haman experience in Turkey for 60 euros !!! The breakfast restaurant is located on 6th floor with 180° stunning views. My 3 say stay at Karaaslan has been the highlight of my entire trip !! Look forward to coming back next year, as my go to Hotel in kusadasi. Just BOOK it you will be very happy here !

It was very close to beach breakfast was amazing perfect supperior. (I almost never like hotel breakfasts but the price we gave for this hotel was suitable.

Melek was a very capable caretaker/manager, very hospitable. Ibrahim was outstanding within his assistance with luggage up the 50+ steps. His hard work and social interaction was really appreciated. Excellent location for shopping. beach and access to cruise pier.

Clean, comfortable, big room. Easy to reach, easy parking around the hotel.

Easy to find, beautiful building with nice ocean view, in a quite area. The pool lights up at night and it is pretty. The building is practically new. Great communication by staff. The apartment is very spacious. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and all items are super clean. I wish I could be here for longer.

Staff and management brilliant great time

The apartment was clean and directly in the middle of the shopping area. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating during the entire stay. The owners were also very upfront about the area to make sure we were ok with the music.

Nicely renovated hotel, large and modern rooms

The staff was very accommodating as our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 4:30 am. The location is just steps from the port.

Very convenient to go shopping in the local bazaar, a lot of different products you can find in there. Also walk to the harbour front in about 10-15 minutes and you can find a lot of restaurants.

On arrival a lovely gentleman was very friendly.all staff very nice. Are in the restaurant once the food wasn't the best.Will definitely return .

Excellent hotel with fantastic people and fascinating view and location.

The host was absolutely perfect, very helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was very good and served on the terrace! The location is also great. A quick tip for arriving: don't take the route the GPS suggests straight from the port. There is an alternative road with a much gentler incline that leads straight into the town.

Spacious room, flexible upgrade option

Right in front of the beach and the sunsets which were fantastic. With balcony with sitting space. Could sit there for hours to enjoy this incredible view. Everything was quiet from here. Rooms with air condition. Excellent breakfast with very kind staff all around. We enjoyed it fully. Thank you very much!

The room was spotless and just a 1 minute walk from the beach perfect location right by the ocean. Sedat is an outstanding host, always available and so welcoming. He gave us a full plan of recommendations for places to eat and things to do, and even surprised us with complimentary fruit , nuts and coffe. Completely safe and comfortable for girls traveling. The most memorable stay! Thank you!

Great and hostile stuff, location is great, near beach. Middle size pool, which was always available for use. Facility restaurant have reasonable prices and very nice personal. 👍
